Bethany in Palestine. Signed and numbered "Bonfils 153" in the negative. Mounted albumen with title in ink below image "Bethany". Ca 1873. Sizes ca 11 6/8 x 9 2/8 inches. (original is ca 1 inch higher at the top). Condition is near excellent with a small piece missing at right lower corner (ca 2/8 x 1/8 inch). Original is sharp; a bit lighter and more sepia toned.
