Dandy or Woman dressed as a man.

It appears that this cabinet card shows a woman dressed as a man.
Wearing a man's suit, hat and holding a walking stick it still looks like that the
person is a woman. Or is are we dealing with a dandy ?

Condition is, apart from two small -medium- pressure marks, very good.
Original is sharp and a bit darker toned.
