Wilson Barrett (1846 - 1904), Actor, manager and writer of plays. Married Caroline Heath with which he also played on stages outside London. He appeared for the first time on stage in 1864. Important plays in which he had a role were "The lights of London", "The Silver King", "Claudian" and "The Sign of the Cross". Photograph by Barrauds, Liverpool. Ca. 1895-1900.
