Fire fighter in full uniform with helmet and tools on his belt. On his chest a badge with the letters "SFB". The man could be a member of the Southampton Fire Brigade, the Surrey Fire Brigade ....... (If anyone has information to share ?) Photograph by unknown photographer. c 1890's. Sized ca 4 1/4 x 6 1/2 inches / 110 x 165 mm. Scan is a bit enlarged. Condition is good with tiny spots. Bottom of mount trimmed. Original is slightly lighter toned and spots do NOT show as serious as in scan. Price € 15 |
