Robert Cornelis Napier (1810-1890) 1st Baron Napier of Magdala.
British soldier who first served the Bengal engineers, later fought in the
Sikh wars, Indian mutiny, China and Abyssinia.

Size ca 3,5 x 2 1/4 inches (photo) and 4 1/8 x 2,5 inches (mount).
Condition is good - very good with some light scuffing and a few tiny, lighter
toned spots.
Original is a bit darker and browner toned (scan shows a bit greenish).
