He was the son of Queen Victoria and Prince Consort Albert.

Size ca 2 1/4 x 3 5/8 inches (photo) and 2,5 x 4 inches (mount).
Condition is good with some very mild spots and some tiny white spots.
Original is a bit darker and more brown toned (scan shows greenish/purplish).
