Vintage albumen photograph titled "Theater of Dionysius, Athens." By unknown photographer - possible Bonfils. Mounted albumen with title in ink below image. Ca 1873. Sizes ca 7,5 x 5,5 (photo) and 15,5 x 12,5 inches (mount) . Condition is near excellent. Writing at reverse is slightly shining through at top of left upper edge and a tiny white spot in emulsion layer at bottom. Original is sharp; a bit darker and browner toned. Sold |
