Group of officers of the 6th Mounted Infantry at Standerton, South Africa
1908. The mounted infantry was not a regular corps and was put together from men of various regiments. The men from this photograph are from the Worcestershire regiment, Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders (?), Royal Fusiliers, Norfolk regiment, Lancashire fusiliers and the 5th fusiliers.
