They are from the 3rd battalion, The Prince consort's Own (Rifle Brigade).
Written on the sign in front of them:

       99 - 00"   (also possible is 1900 - hard to read).

Condition is good/very good with some folds at 3 corners and at right lower corner
some additional creasing.
Original is brighter, sharper and darker brown/sepia toned.
