Interior with pillar surrouned square. Beautiful Moorish details. Titled in the negative "Granada. 230 Entrada del patio de los Leones (Alhambra)". Vintage albumen photograph by J. Laurent, Madrid from c 1877. Sized c 9 3/4 x 13 1/8 inches / 247 x 333 mm. Mounted on album page which has some warping. Condition is near excellent - with some discolouring at edges. Original is sharp with better detail; slightly darker and more sepia toned with discolouring at right and top edge medium brown (scan shows brown/orange with discolouring too light). Price € 275 |
